The Popsiq story

Popsiq came together in mid-2006. The group consists of Frida Olsson and Jonas Hansson. They are both from Gothenburg, Sweden. The story behind Popsiq is amazing… It all started with Jonas and a friend, Robert playing together in a rockband. They wanted to write a summer song, a real pop song that people could dance to. They contacted Frida, whom they knew from earlier musical collaborations. Frida wrote a lyric for the song, and the lead melody.

They recorded a demo of “You’re Not The One” at Jonas’ home studio, and they knew they had a hit on their hands! Later, while Jonas was at his day job as a telemarketer, he placed a routine sales call. Coincidentally, that call was to producer Chriz Macel (Måns Zelmerlöw, Bosson etc.). The call didn’t lead to any sales, but they set up a meeting to listen to the new summer hit. In the end, Chriz liked what he heard, and a collaboration began ….

Making online-training look good with Apis

We were approached by Apis, one of the World’s Leading training providers in the mobile telecoms sector to develop their online training courses. For Apis, it was important to deliver courses quickly as telecom is ever-changing. We decided to build a custom studio with HD cameras, lights and a small control room.
